01 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the 15jl platform at 15jl.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 15jl.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 15jl platform. Continued use of 15jl after any changes to these terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.
These terms apply to all users of 15jl — including visitors who browse without an account, registered players, and anyone participating in promotions or bonus programs.
02 Eligibility Requirements
To use 15jl, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 15jl does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using 15jl.

03 Your 15jl Account
Each person may hold only one active account on 15jl. Maintaining more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
Account Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when registering on 15jl. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being terminated without notice.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 15jl login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 15jl support immediately. 15jl will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
Account Verification (KYC)
15jl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before you can deposit, withdraw, or access certain features. This may include submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, or a selfie for identity verification. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is done to protect all players on the platform.
Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. 15jl will not penalise players for delays in verification as long as documents are submitted promptly.
04 Deposits and Payments
15jl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added at any time.
- All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Deposits are credited to your 15jl wallet in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may change without prior notice.
- 15jl does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own charges. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider.
- If a deposit does not reflect in your 15jl account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to submit the same payment twice.
Funds deposited into your 15jl account are held for the purpose of gaming only. 15jl does not pay interest on account balances.
05 Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal from your 15jl account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is to prevent money laundering and protect all players.
- Your 15jl account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus used.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 1–3 minutes. InstaPay transfers usually arrive within one business hour. PESONet and standard bank transfers may take up to one business day.
- 15jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC review.
All legitimate winnings earned through fair play on 15jl are honoured in full. Withdrawal delays are not standard practice — they occur only when account verification or a security review is required.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
15jl offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed when the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all 15jl bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically.
- 15jl reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
- If 15jl has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing a bonus — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting loopholes — the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are completed.

07 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games available on 15jl — including slots, card games, fishing games, Sabong, MMA betting, and others — are provided by licensed game developers whose systems are audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are not influenced by 15jl.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 15jl will use transaction logs to determine the correct outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, bets placed during that round will be voided and refunded to the player's account.
For live events such as Sabong and MMA betting, 15jl follows the official results as declared by the relevant licensed arena or sporting body. Disputes regarding results must be raised within 24 hours of the event conclusion.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools (bots) during gameplay on 15jl is a serious violation and will result in permanent account termination.
08 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 15jl and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering more than one account on the platform
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after deposits have been wagered
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with 15jl
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in card games like Pusoy
- Exploiting bugs or errors in games or the platform for financial gain
- Laundering money or using 15jl for any illegal financial activity
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 15jl staff
- Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
15jl cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating suspected illegal activity. Any funds believed to be the proceeds of illegal conduct will be withheld and may be reported to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement bodies.
09 Responsible Gaming
15jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. While gaming is meant to be an enjoyable pastime, we recognise that it can become problematic for some individuals. 15jl provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

10 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any 15jl content without express written permission.
Using the 15jl name, logo, or platform content for any commercial purpose, affiliate scheme not authorised by 15jl, or public communication without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
11 Limitation of Liability
15jl provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 15jl shall not be liable for:

In any case where 15jl is found liable, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the balance of real-money funds in your 15jl account at the time of the incident.
12 Account Termination
Either you or 15jl may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact 15jl support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (minus any ineligible bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method.
15jl may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory instruction. In cases of serious breach, 15jl reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.
Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. If you self-exclude from 15jl, any active bonus funds in your account will be forfeited as part of the exclusion process.
13 Amendments to These Terms
15jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
